Dr. Martin Naughton has been a leader in the field of gynecology, gynecologic surgery and urogynecology for more than 20 years. He has been a pioneer with respect to the use of lasers, minimally invasive surgeries involving abnormal uterine bleeding, laparoscopic and supracervical hysterectomy, incontinence and pelvic reconstructive surgery. Many of these procedures can now be performed in the office or outpatient setting reducing the need for lengthy time off work and reducing expenses.

Dr. Pamela Netuschil is a board certified gynecologist who likes to spend time with her patients. She believes that when patients understand their problems, they will make decisions that are right for them which will lead to successful outcomes.
Dr. Netuschil is excited that the trend of surgery has gone towards less invasive procedures, some which can now be done in the office.

Dr. Elizabeth Hutson graduated with honors from Southern Illinois University Medical School in 1993 and completed her OB/GYN residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona in 1997. She practiced both Obstetrics and Gynecology for 4 years in Santa Maria, California before moving to Reno in 2001, to join Dr. Netuschil and Dr. Naughton in a Gynecology only practice.

Laurie Smith, B.N., R.N.C., A.P.N. graduated from the University of Calgary, Canada, in 1980 with a bachelor's degree in Nursing. She received her certification as an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner from the Womens Health Care Practitioner program at Harbor-UCLA in 1989. She has been providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic health care services to women in the Reno-Sparks area for 20 years.

Karen Wood, B.S.N., R.N.C., A.P.N., Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1977. She moved to Reno in 1984 and has been working in women's health care since 1985. She completed her Nurse Practitioner training in 199l at Planned Parenthood of Minnesota in conjunction with the University of Minnesota.
